Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment: A $20 fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. The full appointment fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
